Due to high demand, we are currently not accepting registrations from people outside of the NAC conference. (This includes NAC members booking a separate site on behalf of someone from outside of the Conference.)

Furniture hire must be pre-ordered online by the 5th of April.

Bed frames and mattresses are available for hire. These will need to be collected from the Big Shed upon arrival, and then returned again before you leave.

All campers must be registered. Please select the number of people (including yourself) for each age group.

A camper is some who will be staying on site overnight during any night of the event.

Do not include any day visitors in this section.

To avoid significant delays during check-in and difficulties in allocating your campsite, please ensure you have accounted for ALL campers (including yourself) in the quantities below.

A day visitor is someone who will be attending Big Camp at any time, but will not be sleeping on-site overnight.

Day visitors who are not pre-registered will need to register and pay at the check-in office upon arrival.

Dining Hall meals must be pre-ordered online by the 25th of March.

Only Takeaway will be available for purchase at Camp.

Preschool: Not yet at school (or 3-5 years old)
Early Primary: Years K-1 at school (or 6-7 years old)

Hyperactive Faith: 5-12 years old and are Neurodiverse with special needs

IMPORTANT: To participate in any of these division's tent programs, you must purchase tickets for each child.

Camper and Day Visitor passes do NOT include access to tent programs.

If your child/children will not be attending every day, you can instead purchase per-day tickets at the camp office.

Snack Shack is a new addition to the Junior's evening program this year. Please check out the activities in this section for more information and to add Snack Shack, craft and regular daily activities for your Junior.

Please note that the Teen Tent program is designed for teenagers, with topics and discussions specifically tailored for ages 13 - 18 years.

If your child will not yet be 13 at Camp, please register them with the Junior division instead.
